Olivia Ciampi, President
Olivia Ciampi is a senior double majoring in Business Information Systems and Marketing as well as obtaining a certificate in Public and Professional Writing. She is also a teachers assistant for Intro to Business Information Systems and is will be working at Dick’s Sporting Goods after graduation in the Merchandising Training Program. She joined the American Marketing Association as a freshman to learn more about the opportunities available to her in the marketing and general business world. Her favorite part about AMA is connecting with other students who have similar passions and connecting with professionals who are open to sharing their experiences and advice with students. She is excited to help facilitate these connections as President this year!

Kaylee Ostrowski, Vice President
Kaylee Ostrowski is a Junior majoring in Marketing, double minoring in Studio Arts and Economics. She also works part time as a barista at Saxbys. Over the summer she worked for UPMC as a supply chain associate. She joined the American Marketing Association her freshman year as she had a live for marketing. Her sophomore year she served as VP of Consulting and loves being involved in eboard.

Ashlyn Walter, Vice President of Finance
​Ashlyn is a Junior studying Marketing. For the summer she is interning in South Korea for the company Adventure Korea where she will be managing social media and marketing the tours adventure Korea offers. She joined the American Marketing Association to learn more about marketing outside the classroom and to meet like minded people. Her favorite part about AMA is collaborating and working on competitions in the competitions committee and engaging with and listening to guest speakers. After graduation, Ashlyn hopes to pursue a career in Global marketing.

Nevada Boyer, Vice President of Public Relations
Nevada Boyer is a Sophomore studying Marketing and Business Analytics while pursuing a certificate in sports management. Currently, she is employed at the Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement center fostering lifelong connections with Pitt Alumni and attending university-wide events. She is also a JMI Sports/Pitt Sports Marketing Gameday Intern where she assists with gameday sponsorship connection and activations! She joined the American Marketing Association to learn more about her passions and meet new business-oriented people. Her favorite part about AMA is engaging with everyone within her major. After graduation, Nevada hopes to pursue a career in sports marketing with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Mason Koelle, Vice President of Competitions
Mason Koelle is a Junior studying Marketing and Supply Chain, with a certificate in Sports Management. He joined AMA his freshman year as a way to make friends and explore passions for marketing. Looking back as a Senior, Tyler can say he successfully did both! He really does feel that one of the best things about AMA is the friends you make along the way. Post graduation Tyler is looking forward to joining Dick's Sporting Goods as a Buyer! He is incredibly excited for the future and can thank some of it in part to AMA.

Alex Jiang, Co-Vice President of Consulting
​Alex Jiang is a sophomore pursuing a marketing major and economics minor, in addition to a certificate in Leadership and Ethics. He is also in the Fashion Business Association at Pitt with hopes of working in the corporate retail field. Alex joined AMA as a freshman and was a part of the competitions committee, later joining the consulting committee (Key Creations). His favorite part about AMA is learning relevant skills with fellow students interested in marketing. Alex greatly looks forward to developing professional partnerships and creative opportunities within the consulting committee, alongside Eliza Beal. After graduation, Alex hopes to pursue a career in business-to-business relations.

Eliza Beal, Co-Vice President of Consulting
Eliza Beal is a senior double majoring in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. She interns year-round with Chick-fil-A’s Area Marketing Director for Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Boston, and this summer she’s also a sales intern at ADP. She joined AMA in the fall of freshman year to connect with students with similar interests and to get hands-on consulting experience. As co-VP of Key Creations, Eliza is excited to work with local business to create successful marketing campaigns. After graduation, she hopes to work in sales or brand management.

Rachel Yap, Vice President of Professional Development
Rachel Yap is a Senior studying Marketing and Finance. This summer she is working as a Marketing and Customer Activation Intern at Henkel this summer in their adhesive technologies sector. She joined the American Marketing Association as a freshman who wanted to expand her network in the business school and deepen her knowledge in marketing while making new friends along the way! Her favorite part of AMA is the real-world exposure through guest speakers and workshops and is excited to contribute to that this upcoming year. She also loves the social aspect of AMA such as gaining new friends within the club and participating in social GBM’s that give back to the community!

Gabrielle Tarka, Vice President of Member Engagement
Gabrielle Tarka is a Sophomore studying Marketing and Finance as well as an Economics minor. She currently works for University of Pittsburgh Campus Recreation as a group fitness instructor, helping people from various backgrounds achieve their fitness goals in a fun and growth-oriented setting. She joined the American Marketing Association to meet more people who share her passion for marketing as well as engage in hands-on learning outside of the classroom. Her favorite part of AMA is getting to see some of her best friends at the weekly meetings and events while simultaneously gaining professional development experience. Post-graduation, Gabrielle hopes to pursue a career either in sports marketing or some sort of sales.

Kayla Germanoski, Vice President of Community Impact and DEI
Kayla Germanoski is a junior studying Supply Chain Management and Marketing while pursuing a certificate in Healthcare Management. She joined the American Marketing Association to expand her network, connect with like-minded peers, and make a meaningful impact in her community. As the Vice President of Community Impact and DEI, she is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for all members and fostering a supportive environment for growth. Her favorite part of AMA is the chance to develop professionally and contribute to a diverse, empowering community. After graduation, Kayla plans to pursue a career in medical sales, combining her passion for healthcare and business to make a lasting impact.

Devon McAleer, Co-Vice President of Regional Conference​
Devon McAleer is a senior studying marketing and human resource management. Throughout her senior year she will be working as a buying/marketing intern for Pitt! She joined the American Marketing Association as a junior transfer student and was involved with the Regional Conference Committee in addition to the Speaker Liaison Subcommittee. Her favorite part of AMA was running the Brand Panel for the conference! After graduation, Devon hopes to work in the human resource retail space working to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace!

Genevieve Echternach, Co-Vice President of Regional Conference
My name is Genevieve Echternach and I am a sophomore here at Pitt with an intended double major of Accounting and Marketing! Additionally, I am pursuing a Certificate in Leadership and Ethics which allowed me to go to Costa Rica over the summer on Pitt’s Plus3 Program. I am also enrolled in Fredericks Honors College and am on my way to earning my honors degree. Beyond the classroom, I love going to concerts and find reading and arts and crafts to be enjoyable pastimes. I’m currently in the process of starting a new part-time job here at the University with the Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement Center. I’m looking forward to running the event planning committee this year with my Co-VP and can’t wait for Regional Conference!
